The white sand slopes gently into the Mediterranean and the beach is 1km long, ideal for a nice evening stroll. On the beach there are 2 tapas bars Chiringuito Pirata and Chiringuito Ramón y Marisol. All amenities and shops are within walking distance. There is A/C throughout the apartment (bedrooms & living room), heating & cooling.

We are very happy to welcome you in our brand new apartment and wish you a carefree and above all relaxing holiday! We are in our fifties and live at the foot of the Flemish Ardennes. The passions we share are Argentine tango, adventure travel, hiking and motorcycling. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Consumption of electricity (max. 80 kWh/per week) is included. Additional consumption will be settled (€0.30 / kWh).
Polish: €75.
Deposit €400 is paid at reservation. If no damages are found, this amount will be refunded within 14d after check-out. If cancelled at least 30d before check-in date, the full amount will be refunded. refunded. If cancelled at least 14d before check-in date, 50% of the amount will be refunded. If cancelled less than 14d before check-in date, there will be no refund.

During the winter months (Nov / Dec / Jan / Feb) a so-called "winter rate" applies. For more information about this, please contact us freely.
The electricity consumption is charged separately (cf. the meter reading € 0.30 / kWh).
Amount of electricity consumption will be deducted (deposit paid) and will be settled within 14d after check-out date.
The cleaning (after stay 28d) is €100.
