We are Bas and Jessica, proud parents of two daughters. Last year we made our dream come true by buying this lovely house, located in a quiet and idyllic setting. Here we love to spend time with our daughters, family and friends. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices include made beds, shower towels and bath towels. You can also use 2 bicycles for free.

Payments:

30% deposit, to be paid immediately. Booking is only final after this deposit.
70% no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
The tenant pays a deposit of € 400 per booking. The deposit will be refunded to the tenant within 1 week after the end of the rental period.
Damage caused by the tenant will be deducted from the deposit to be refunded.

Cancellation:

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge.
In case of cancellation from 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

Age Restrictions:

This property does not accept groups of young people up to 21 years old. Violating this rule may result in immediate termination of the lease without refund.
