In July 2024 we became the proud owners of Villa Vino Pedrequer! After we first completely adapted the independent upstairs apartment to current standards, we have been busy with the independent downstairs apartment since September. Both apartments have new bathrooms (3 in total), new kitchens (2 in total), new air conditioning units (5 in total). Our villa is ideal for a wonderful holiday with 2 families while still guaranteeing the necessary privacy.
There are countless beautiful walks to be made in the immediate vicinity. Less than fifteen minutes away is Denia. A bustling fishing village/city with many nice and good restaurants and a large shopping street. In the other direction is Javea with the beautiful beach of Arenal. There are also many restaurants, bars and shops. Is it unexpectedly cloudy for a day? Then the large shopping center in Ondara offers a lot of entertainment! There is also a fitness and a padel court at the shopping center.
