In July 2023 we became owners of our dream house in Spain. We have rigorously renovated the main residence so that our villa fully meets all modern needs and comfort.

The villa has a private swimming pool of 10 by 6. The main residence has 2 bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds and 2 modern bathrooms (1 with rain shower and 1 with bath). Furthermore, a new kitchen has been installed with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. From the living room you enter the covered terrace with lounge set where you can enjoy the view of the pool and the mountains.

There are numerous beautiful walks in the immediate area. Denia is just fifteen minutes away. A bustling fishing village/city with many nice and good restaurants and a large shopping street. In the other direction is Javea with the beautiful beach of Arenal. There are also many restaurants, bars and shops there. Is it unexpectedly cloudy on a day? Then the large shopping center offers a lot of entertainment! The shopping center also has a fitness center and a padel court.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

Location & area recommendations

Additional information

Pedreguer is a quiet authentic Spanish village with nice restaurants and bars. There are a number of supermarkets including a Dutch supermarket. From Pedreguer you can drive to the beautiful beaches and bustling fishing town of Denia or to beautiful Javea in just fifteen minutes. On Mondays there is a nice market in Denia and on Sundays there is a market in Pedreguer itself. The market on Saturday in Xalo is also recommended! Xalo also has a nice bodega where you can do a wine tasting. There are beautiful walks in the nearby area and there is a huge shopping center in Ondara (5 minutes' drive). In short, there is a lot to experience here!
