Beautifully situated, fully single-storey holiday home with large private swimming pool (4 x 8 m) in a quiet residential area. Great views over the mountains and the sea. Beautiful garden all around, terraces front and back, parking on site under carport. Supermarket 5 min drive. Close to golf courses, Ondara shopping center. Beaches of Denia and Javea less than 20 min drive.
Two 2-person bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet. Extra toilet. Sofa bed in living room. Air conditioning in living room and bedrooms. Very complete kitchen with oven and microwave. Washing machine available. Wifi, canal digital and chromecast included in rental price.
