It is a wonderfully quietly located detached villa for 5 people. It has a private pool, air conditioning, several terraces and a tropical garden. There is also a private parking space. Casa Maya is ideal for a quiet holiday, and still close to all amenities. Due to its central location in the region, you can quickly reach the larger seaside resorts such as Dénia, Jávea, Benidorm and their beaches. The Jalón and Orba Valleys are also very close.
Terrace and balcony
The villa consists of two floors and is accessible via a staircase. The first floor has a living and dining room with a large terrace, where you can have a delicious breakfast or dinner while enjoying the fantastic view that will never bore you. The French doors give access to the al-fresco balcony.
Living room with amenities
The living room has air conditioning that can also be used as a heat source in the winter months. From the lovely relaxing sofa, you can enjoy the Smart television with all Dutch and various German, French, English and Spanish channels. There is stable internet via fibre optic. In the winter months In the winter months the electric fireplace offers a cosy and warm atmosphere. All rooms can also be heated with infrared panels. The dining room welcomes 5 persons and the various windows let you enjoy the view of nature and the sea from the living and dining room.
Kitchen and bathroom
The kitchen is fully equipped: with a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, electric hob, Nespresso machine and a filter coffee machine. Other kitchen appliances and crockery are also widely available. One of the two bathrooms can also be found on this floor. This is equipped with shower, toilet and sink.
The bedrooms
You reach the bedrooms via a staircase. Bedroom 1: double bed 160x200cm, fitted wardrobe, air conditioning and infrared heating. Bedroom 2: two single beds 90x200cm, fitted wardrobe, air conditioning and infrared heating. Bedroom 3: single bed 90x200cm, freestanding cupboard and fan. Terrace and garden
The terrace is equipped with a lounge set and sun beds, a barbecue and the lovely swimming pool. It borders the beautifully landscaped Spanish garden with tropical plants and rock formations. Here is also the room with washing machine.
