The location of our guesthouse is ideal for people who love peace and sun.

We are located at the beginning of Monte Pedrequer in a cul-de-sac but centrally located between 3 larger towns.

Our guesthouse has a separate entrance that can be reached via an outside staircase. 

Furthermore, the guesthouse has two / double bedrooms, bathroom / shower / toilet, living room with kitchenette (fully equipped with household goods). 

The guesthouse is equipped with air conditioning, wifi, TV. 

Linen/towels are included.

The outside area consists of an outdoor kitchen and swimming pool (8m-4m) there is also possibility to use the garden / terraces

In case of cancellation from 0 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

Location & area recommendations

Additional information

The guesthouse is located on a mountain that is challenging for hikers to climb. We are also located 15 minutes from the beaches in Denie and Javea. Padel accommodations are a 10-minute drive away in Ondara and Javea. For golf enthusiasts, there is a golf course 5 minutes away in La Sella. Also in La Sella there is a beautiful botanical garden and the Buddhist temple that was founded by Richard Gere. As you can read, we are very quietly centrally located.
