Welcome to Casita Romer, a new and exclusive Ibiza-style holiday residence on Monte Pedreguer with sea and Ibiza views.
Our guesthouse is perfect for lovers of privacy, beauty, tranquility and relaxation.
This self-contained sunny apartment with its own entrance is south facing at the back of our villa and has sun all year round. Even in winter.
From the studio / bedroom you step through the sliding door directly to your private swimming pool (8x4m), stylish Mediterranean outdoor kitchen, bar and terrace, exclusively for you alone, as a guest, but we do come by 2x a week in consultation for maintenance of the pool.
Our guesthouse is suitable for up to 4 people (this includes baby or child) and has 2 bedrooms, one of which is a studio space with a bed (180x200cm), dining area, TV corner (Netflix and Youtube) and a 3 person sofa.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning, heating and fast wifi.
Bed linen and towels are included.
Please note: The shower room is located in the other bedroom.
The kitchenette has a fridge with freezer compartment, oven, 2 burner induction hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, blender, orange press and a toaster.
Dishcloth, tea towel, towel, sponge and dish soap are included.
Around the pool there is a spacious terrace with sunbeds, lounge area, dining area and an outdoor kitchen with bar and gas BBQ (Gas bottle for rent for €20 per booking). All this is exclusively for you as a tenant. From this terrace you can enjoy the views of the Montgo mountain, Javea, the sea and the mountains.
Please note:
A car is necessary, there is no public transport on Monte Pedreguer. You can park your car safely next to our gate.
Please note: Due to new Spanish rental law we can offer a maximum of 10 days, 9 nights per booking. For your information: For stays of 10 nights or more, it is only possible with proof for:

Alicante and Valencia airports are both about 1 hour's drive from Pedreguer.
An 18-minute drive away are the tourist coastal towns of Javea and Denia. Both have an old town and harbor, which are definitely worth a visit.
A 5-minute drive with you at the Masymas supermarket
A 10-minute drive takes you to the large indoor shopping centre 'La Marina' in Ondara.

24 minutes beaches of Benissa
28 minutes to Jalon Valley
Remainder:
-Pets not allowed
-Smoking is prohibited inside, outside on the terrace is allowed.
-The main booker must be present and be at least 25 years old.
-It is not allowed to let other people stay overnight.
-Visitors (Max. 2) always in consultation and with the permission of the rental company, the main booker always remains ultimately responsible.
-The peace and privacy in the neighborhood must be respected. (Quiet time from 23.00h to 08.00h)
**There is a lot of love in the apartment and we are happy to receive guests who will treat it with the same love and care.
Important:
Due to new regulations in Spain, we are obliged to register some of your data during your stay. We ask for your cooperation in this.
What information do we need?

How does this work?
The data is collected in a rental agreement, which must be completed and signed and returned before the date indicated in the agreement.
*Your booking can only be accepted if you agree to share these details and sign the contract within 14 days of booking. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
