A stylish Ibiza-style holiday retreat, located on Monte Pedreguer with beautiful views of the sea, the Montgó and even Ibiza. Here you can enjoy peace, privacy and relaxation, with all the liveliness of the coastal towns of Jávea and Denia that can be reached within 18 minutes by car.

🏡 The apartment:
Casita Romer is a self-contained apartment with its own entrance at the rear of our villa. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (including baby/child).
• 2 bedrooms (one studio with bed 180x200 cm, dining area, TV corner with Netflix & YouTube and 3-person sofa)
• Both bedrooms with air conditioning, heating and fast wifi
• Bed linen, towels and beach towels included
Please note! : the shower room is located in the second bedroom.

🌊 Enjoy the outdoors
Through the sliding doors you step directly to your private terrace with:
• Private swimming pool (8x4 m)
• Sunbeds and pergola with lounge area
• Dining area and bar
• Stylish Mediterranean outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ (gas bottle for rent for €20 per booking)
Everything is exclusive to you as a guest. We only visit 2x a week for pool maintenance - of course in consultation.

A car is necessary; You can park it safely with us.

• 🛍 La Marina Shopping Centre (Ondara) – 10 min.
• 🏌️ ♂️ La Sella Golf & Padel – 10 min.
• 🌊 Beaches of Jávea & Dénia – 18 min.
• 🌿 Jalón Valley – 28 min.
• 🏖 Moraira – 27 min. / Benissa – 24 min.
Tip: Discover the old town centers and ports of Jávea and Dénia, enjoy tapas on a sunny terrace or take a walk in the Montgó Natural Park.
Airports: Alicante and Valencia are both about 1 hour away.

📌 Important to know
• Pets not allowed
• No smoking inside (allowed outside)
• Main booker ≥ 25 years old and present during the stay
• No additional nights by third parties allowed
• Visitors (max. 2) only in consultation
• Silence from 23:00 – 08:00
Nude recreation is not allowed around the apartment.

i️ Rental conditions
Please note: Due to new Spanish rental law we can offer a maximum of 10 days, 9 nights per booking. For your information: For stays of 10 nights or more, it is only possible with proof for:
• Work or internship
• Medical reasons
• Other non-tourist reasons
📑 Upon arrival, we are legally obliged to register some data (passport details of all guests ≥14 years, address, means of payment). This is done through the rental agreement that you sign in advance.
How does this work?
The data is collected in a rental agreement, which must be completed and signed and returned before the date indicated in the agreement.
*Your booking can only be accepted if you agree to share these details and sign the contract within 14 days of booking. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
