Just outside the historic town of Pedreguer you will find this villa in the quiet urbanization of Monte Solana II.

This house offers spectacular views of the Pedreguer Mountains and as soon as you arrive, you will be mesmerized by the view.
We offer a spacious villa with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool, great garden and to top it all off, a glass naya that can be opened completely. Here you can enjoy the view of the mountains during dinner. This place offers a great resting place after visiting the busy cities of Valencia or Alicante, which are only an hour's drive away. This is a place to unwind.

The seaside resorts of Denia and Javea are just a short drive away, while mountains such as the Col de Rates are also just around the corner. This area offers excellent walking and cycling routes. The area is a very popular training area for professional and amateur cyclists.

We are Silvia and Frank from the Netherlands, an adventurous couple who enjoy life. In 2023 we became the owner of a fantastic house in Pedreguer, not far from the Spanish Costa Blanca that we are happy to share with you.
Silvia was born and raised in Argentina and speaks six different languages: Spanish, English, French, Italian, Portuguese, and Dutch.
Frank is from the Netherlands and speaks only two languages: Dutch and English.
