Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation policy

Cancellation by the customer:
- Customers can cancel their order or reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled date .
- For cancellations within 48 hours before the scheduled date , a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged.
- In case of cancellations on the day itself, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Cancellation by the company:
- In the event that the company needs to cancel a reservation or order, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and will be given the option to reschedule the reservation or receive a full refund.
- If the Company is unable to provide the Services for unforeseen reasons, the Client will receive a full refund.
Force majeure:
- In cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances), the company may cancel the reservation without any cost to the customer. The customer is advised to register for alternative dates or receive a refund in this case.
Changes to reservation:
- If the customer wishes to change the date or time of the reservation, this must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Changes within 48 hours are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the payment method originally used for the transaction.
