This beautiful apartment is located close to the sea on the Spanish Costa Blanca. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished and is located in the Altos de Mediterráneo complex in Villamartín. Immediately upon entering you will feel at home. The spacious living room has air conditioning, both hot and cold. The TV is equipped with international channels and (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) Chromecast. Of course there is high-speed internet (fiber optic) and Wifi available that you can use for free during your stay. From the living room you enter the spacious balcony. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and oven. Coffee lovers can use the Dolce Gusta Nescafe machine. The apartment has a large balcony of over 14m2 on the east side. You can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun, at the hottest part of the day you have real shade and at the end of the day the evening sun comes by on the other side of the balcony. 

Mediterraneo-1 consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating and is located on the 3rd^floor. You can cool off in the communal pool, or relax in the heated indoor pool (spa). In this room there is also a Turkish sauna and a fitness room. This is of course ideal in the winter months. In winter, a reduced rate also applies if you book 4 weeks consecutively.

You can easily park your car on the closed complex. All the facilities that provide you with your daily needs are within walking distance. If you cross the street you will arrive at a supermarket, a small shopping center and various eateries such as a fine Asian restaurant. Cycling enthusiasts can rent a bike at Bike experience. For the golf enthusiast, there is a golf course just 1.8 km away. Do you like shopping? Less than 1.5 km away is the imposing and spacious shopping center La Zenia Boulevard that has 150 shops built on 161,000 m2. Here is a wide range of shops with a wide variety of different branches. There is also a lack of restaurants here!

Due to the absence of heavy industry and the presence of large salt lakes (salinas) in the area, the air in this region is known to be very clean. It is said that the environment promotes health due to the relatively high concentrations of iodine in the air due to the presence of the salinas. The area is therefore popular with people with chronic health problems.
