This beautiful apartment is located close to the sea on the Spanish Costa Blanca. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished and is located in the Altos de Mediterráneo complex in Villamartín. Immediately upon entering you will feel at home. The spacious living room has air conditioning, both hot and cold. The TV has international channels and of course there is high-speed internet (fiber optic) and WiFi that you can use for free during your stay. From the living room you enter the spacious balcony. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and oven. Coffee lovers can use the Dolce Gusta Nescafe machine. The apartment has a large balcony of over 14m2 on the east side. You can have a delicious breakfast in the morning sun, during the hottest part of the day you have real shade and at the end of the day the evening sun comes along on the other side of the balcony.
Mediterraneo-1 consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating and is located on the 3rd floor. You can cool off in the communal pool, or relax in the heated indoor pool (spa). This room also contains a Turkish sauna and a fitness room. This is of course ideal in the winter months. A reduced rate also applies in winter if you book for 4 consecutive weeks. You then only pay €274 per week instead of €420.
You can easily park your car in the closed complex. All facilities that provide for your daily needs are within walking distance. If you cross the street you will arrive at a supermarket, a small shopping center and various dining options, including an excellent Asian restaurant. Cycling enthusiasts can rent a bicycle at Bike Experience. For golf enthusiasts, there is a golf course just 1.8 km away. Do you like shopping? Less than 1.5 km away is the impressive and spacious La Zenia Boulevard shopping center, which has 150 shops built on 161,000 m2. Here is a wide range of shops with a wide variety of different industries. There are also restaurants here!
Due to the absence of heavy industry and the presence of large salt lakes (salinas) in the area, the air in this region is known to be very clean. The environment is said to promote health due to the relatively high concentrations of iodine in the air due to the presence of the salinas. The area is therefore popular among people with chronic health problems.
