The property is in immaculate condition set in beautifully maintained grounds. The apartment itself is modern with an open living and dining area. The extra quiet air conditioning system will keep you cool or if you wish warm, while you relax in the living area. The fully fitted kitchen has all the desired amenities including a fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, magnetron and iron. The living area comprises of a dining space for four to six and a relaxing lounge with a comfortable sofa bed and 4 seats couch and armchair. There is also full satellite TV system with 170 channels and a DVD player for your entertainment. This bright, spacious 2 bedroom -2 bathroom apartment has been well furnished throughout and features a lounge/dining room with sliding doors leading to an intimate garden, which has table & chairs to fully implement the outdoor experience whilst enjoying views. It boasts a good sized communal pool with integral children’s pool next to the apartment.The communal pool is exclusively for guests use. The two bedrooms have two single beds and a double bed and also have fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an ensuite/bath/shower room toilet, basin and bidet, while the main bathroom accommodates a shower and basin. Patio doors lead out to the garden with patio table and four chairs, and a view over a pond, tennis court and garden with palmtrees and sun loungers. Clean towels are provided and the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. Cleaning and linen charges are not included. Cleaning and making the beds is 55 euros. Deposit is 150 euros which is to be payed on arrival to the keyholders. The balance must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to departure. The apartment is suitable for the elderly. The apartment only accomodates 6 people maximum. Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed in the apartement. Orihuela Costa is a popular area for golfers. The property is only a few minutes drive to the 18hole golf course: Villamartin, Las Ramblas (with its stunning new clubhouse).The apartment is also within 5 minutes walk to a commercial centre with bars, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, children’s play area and the main town of Torrevieja is a 10minute drive away. Several lovely blue flag beaches can be found within 2 miles, 10 minutes drive from the apartement. Major golf courses: Villamartin Golf Course, Las Ramblas Golf, Campoamor Golf CourseLocation:Villamartin is a beautifully landscaped development which provides magnificent surroundings for golfing and the whole family. Their office in San Miguel de Salinas is c. 15mins drive away, but they can pick up from the apartment.- Inland are the mountain ranges which offer breathtaking scenery, while those interested in the more traditional Spanish culture can visit the local old towns of Orihuela, Elche and Murcia, all of which offer fine architecture and museums. - The main town of bustling Torrevieja is just 10 minutes drive away. Will be happy to accept either Pounds or Euros as payment for the invoiced amount. Price fixed on booking - surcharges.Linen and Towels provided (not beach towels). A weekly linen change (min 10 days stay) is included. The final clean on departure is not included. Arrival and departure days are flexible. The balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings taken within 8 weeks of arrival are to be paid in full upon booking. All payments are non-refundable. Keyholders will meet and greet you on arrival at the apartement(after telephone) to give you the keys and show you around your accommodation, and be on hand during your stay if needed. They will collect keys on your departure.Airport and after inspection refund you the deposit.
