This holiday home is on one level and offers a cozy living room, fully equipped and modern kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. At the front of this holiday home is a terrace overlooking the front garden. There is also a garden at the rear of this holiday home. This allows you to sit in the sun in the morning, afternoon and evening. The living room has a modern leather sofa, a lovely lounge chair, a 4-person dining table and a flat screen television. Here you can watch all Dutch and Flemish television channels. In addition, there is also Wi-Fi available in this modern holiday home. The modern kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, etc. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (150 x 200) and the other bedroom 2 single beds (80 x 190). The bedrooms offer plenty of options to store all your clothes. One of the spacious bathrooms has a sink, toilet and shower with bath. The other bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. About 50 meters away is the communal swimming pool with a beautiful garden where you can also relax. At about 100 meters there is a park with a small play park with playground equipment. Our rental prices and rentals are subject to our general rental conditions, which you will receive upon booking.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be reported to the landlord in writing as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, the tenant will owe the following to the landlord:
- in case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start of the rental period: the full
deposit that has been made with the reservation of the house.
- in case of cancellation between the 42nd and the first day of the rental period or later: 100%
of the total rent of the stay plus the administration costs.
