Special winter prices: for spending the winter in this attractive penthouse we ask € 1,500 per month, including water, electricity, wifi and linen/towels.
You pay a €450 deposit before the start and will be refunded within three days after check-out.
Use of the underground private parking space is possible for a fee of €50 per stay. For a long-term stay, €50 per month will be charged.

Additional conditions for the use of electricity. The rental prices mentioned include energy, unless more than 80 Kwh of electricity is consumed per week. The extra consumption will be deducted from the deposit of € 0.50 per KWh. The key manager can give you an explanation on arrival.
