This super-de-luxury penthouse in modern construction style is ideally suited for 2 to 4 persons (max. 5 persons).
The penthouse has spacious living areas with hyper-completely equipped kitchen (including microwave, oven and dishwasher) and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two terraces. On the first terrace is it delicious to take your breakfast in the morning sun.
The rooftop terrace offers the necessary privacy area, throughout the day. Both terraces have awnings that protect against the sun.
There are two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. (Toilet, shower, sink)
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, the second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. An extra bed can be placed on request for a 5th person.
The three rooms (living room and both bedrooms) have air conditioning with remote control.
Towels, bath towels and bed sheets are provided free.
Wi-Fi and TV (ASTRA I, III and Belgian TV by TV Vlaanderen) is also provided free.
Of course, all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay (washing machine, dish washing machine, hair dryer, coffee machine, Toaster, etc...)
There is an enclosed, underground parking place for the car.
The penthouse is equipped with a washing machine and offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay.
