The main entrance is on the first floor, which can be reached via an imposing staircase under the watchful eye of Don Quixote. The hall leads to the spacious living room with no less than two fireplaces, the dining room and a luxurious open kitchen, including a large refrigerator. The beautiful grey marble worktop is separated by the bar, where one can comfortably enjoy the cooking skills of a holiday companion while enjoying a drink. Furthermore, on this floor there is a very spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a bathroom and another bedroom. There is also a covered terrace that leads to a games room. Finally, the roof terrace enjoys stunning sea views and plenty of privacy. Adjacent to the kitchen is the stairwell, accessible via the second corridor that connects the two floors.
The ground floor has its own entrance with an (enlarged) front door. Through the hall you enter the hall where there is a workplace with ADSL connection.
Adjacent is the second master bedroom with a fireplace, a seating area and an en-suite bathroom. From this room you have direct access to the terraces – the outdoor kitchen is just a few steps away. There are two more bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, one of which is very spacious and wheelchair accessible and also serves as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. There is also a gym with various exercise equipment.
The holiday villa has been specially adapted for wheelchair users in various places with wide, barrier-free doors. There is a spacious, adapted bathroom, shower and toilet. A high-low bed, a shower stretcher and other aids are available for rent, as well as an adapted vehicle for transporting wheelchairs. Home care can be arranged through well-organized home care organizations.
Enough space for everyone, both inside and around the holiday villa. Outside, you will find the air-conditioned outdoor area with dining area and 42-inch TV, numerous covered terraces, the huge sun terrace around the pool, the bar in the outdoor kitchen, or... In the recreation area, beautifully surrounded by graceful Mediterranean planting, you will find a true open-air villa where the boundaries between indoors and outdoors are blurred. This includes the covered outdoor area with a sofa, dining area and widescreen TV with international satellite channels. Heating is also provided, so you can enjoy the warmth of the outside sun even on the coolest nights.
Add to that the large outdoor kitchen with built-in barbecue, bar and bathroom and the term indoor-outdoor living takes on a whole new meaning.
You can use this outdoor space not only to live with your family, friends and children, but also for recreational purposes. The large heated swimming pool of 5.5 x 11 meters, a separate children's pool with a magic jug, a sandpit, table tennis, table football, bowling and darts guarantee entertainment until the early hours. A naya and parasol are also provided for sunny days.
The fully fenced property with electronic entrance gates is located at the end of a quiet street in a residential area and on the edge of the forest, which ensures peace and quiet. There is parking for three cars under the large carport.
