The very beautiful, spacious and luxurious villa in Spain with 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, (extension with extra beds for a fee is possible up to 16 people) Mediterranean living and recreation oasis with a large heated swimming pool and outdoor kitchen, is quietly located on a hill and a plot of 2000m2 in Moraira on the Costa Blanca.
There is plenty of space for everyone, both in and around the holiday villa. Outside you will find the heated outdoor lounge with dining area and 42-inch TV, many covered terraces, the immense sun terrace around the pool, the bar of the outdoor kitchen, or... Do you prefer to sit at the bar in the villa ? You name it...

The main entrance is located on the first floor, which you reach under the watchful eye of Don Quichotte via an imposing landing. The entrance hall gives access to the spacious salon, of course with widescreen TV that receives Dutch channels, among other things. Furthermore, no less than 2 fireplaces, dining room, luxurious open kitchen including a large refrigerator. The beautiful dark grey marble worktop is shared with the bar where you can comfortably enjoy the cooking of your holiday companions while enjoying a drink. On the first floor you will also find the spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom ensuite, the third bedroom also has its own bathroom with shower. Furthermore, a covered terrace with a view of the large pool terrace and the garden from where you also have access to the roof terrace which is blessed with a lot of privacy. Through the 2nd hall you can go to the stairwell that connects both floors.

The ground floor has its own entrance with (widened) outside door.
To the left into  the hallway you will find the 2nd master bedroom  accessible via the patio which has seating and ensuite bathroom. From this room you have direct access through the patio to the terraces where the outdoor kitchen is located just a few steps. The first floor still has a work area with computer connections, also a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom and 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms, one of which is very spacious and adapted, suitable for wheelchair users, which also serves as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. You will also find a gym with various exercise machines.

On the leisure square, beautifully lined with decorative Mediterranean plants, you will find a true open-air villa where the boundaries between inside and outside are blurred. We mention the covered outdoor lounge with sofa, dining area and widescreen television with reception of Dutch channels. There is also heating, so you can also spend a pleasant time outside during cooler evenings with the help of the radiant heater.
Add to this the large outdoor kitchen with built-in barbecue, bar and bathroom and you will understand that the terms indoor and outdoor living take on a different meaning.
Of course, you can not only live and live with your family, friends and children on this outdoor estate, but also enjoy plenty of recreation, the large heated swimming pool of 5.5 x 11 meters, the separate paddling pool with magic jug, the sandbank, table tennis, football table and jeu de boule court and darts guarantee entertainment until the wee hours of the morning.

The fully fenced plot with electronic entrance gate, is located at the end of a quiet street in a residential area and borders on the edge of a forest so that your tranquility is assured. You can park under the spacious carport with space for 3 cars.

If you still find time and desire for other entertainment, there are the amenities of the popular Moraira at a maximum of 4 minutes' drive, such as the golf course, the sandy beach, the marina, various activities, center with boulevard and many
restaurants.

The holiday villa has been adapted for wheelchairs in several places -
Users and disabled people by means of wide barrier-free doors and wheelchair paths. Furthermore, a mobile ramp for reaching the 1st floor, on the ground floor an adapted and very spacious bathroom and bedroom, shower and transport wheelchair.
High-low bed, shower stretcher, pool lift and other aids can be rented, as well as the adapted wheelchair bus. Tailor-made care can be arranged in collaboration with the well-organized home care organizations.
