Villa Nova is a beautiful detached villa in Moraira with sea views and a beautiful private pool. The house is within walking distance (10 minutes) from the center and beach of Moraira.
The villa of approximately 180m² is located on an enclosed plot of 1000m². The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The modern villa is fully equipped. There is, among other things: Dutch television, wifi (fast fiber optic internet), air conditioning in all rooms, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and a washing machine.
The villa sleeps 8 people, but because of the way it is built, it is also very suitable for 2 or 4 people. You don't have the idea that you are staying in a very large house.
The garden is beautifully landscaped and has a carport so that the car can be covered on site. There are several terraces and 8 sunbeds for the pool. From the living room you walk onto the covered terrace where you can sit in both summer and winter with beautiful sea views.
Through the front door you enter the hall. On this floor is the living room with terrace, the kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The stairs allow you to go down where you will find a large landing, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both floors offer access to the garden and swimming pool.
On the top floor is the owner's private bedroom/bathroom. This is of course not in use and locked.

You can walk to the cozy center of Moraira in 10 minutes with many terraces and restaurants. The largest sandy beach is located next to the center of Moraira and is therefore also within walking distance of the villa. A car is not necessarily necessary, but if you want to discover the beautiful surroundings, a car is recommended. There are many bays in the area where it is wonderful to stay.
