As you enter the villa, you are welcomed by a lush garden that sets the tone for the peaceful outdoor space. Enjoy alfresco dining from the gas BBQ, unwind in various lounge areas, or take a refreshing dip in the private 8x4-meter pool, complete with an outdoor shower. The pool can also be heated on request (see details below). The terrace offers direct access to the spacious and bright living room, with two sofas, an armchair and a TV for your entertainment.
Adjacent to the living room, an open patio with a dining table provides a perfect spot for meals in the fresh air. You can also choose to dine indoors alongside the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. The main floor also has a useful guest toilet.
Upstairs, accessed by the internal staircase, are the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe space and a private balcony overlooking the neighbourhood, along with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. The other two bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobe, share a balcony and a modern bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

Please note:
1: Smoking and pets are not allowed.
2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 people; more than this number is not allowed.
3: The villa is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise after 10:00 p.m. are prohibited at all times.
4: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided on arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself.
Important information:
The pool can be heated on request from April 1st to November 1st. The costs are € 25 per day and start on the day we turn on the pump.
