The detached villa with a private swimming pool, is located on a quiet, cul-de-sac on 800 m2 of private land, and has space for parking on site. Around the villa there are several terraces, both sunny and shady, surrounded by trees. The house is located within walking distance of a pleasant beach and the center of Moraira.
The attractively furnished house has a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is fully equipped and is suitable for occupancy by four people with internet connection, a washing machine and satellite flat screen TV with all Dutch and Belgian channels.
