The villa "Casa Nicole" is a unique gem in the hills of Moraira in a quiet cul-de-sac with fantastic panoramic views of Moraira, the Cumbre del Sol and the sea. Built on an elevated position the villa benefits from 180 degree views.

The house is within walking distance of Sol Park and the attached tennis club. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the town and beaches, about 400 meters to the nearest restaurant and pharmacy.

The house has 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 people, of which the bedroom on the 1st floor also has a bathroom and balcony. There is also a modern kitchen, a large living room, a dining area, open and covered terraces, a swimming pool (4x8) with shower and a highlight for every barbecue lover, a large indoor barbecue house with space and a beautiful Mediterranean garden. The house is decorated in a modern German-Spanish style.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In case of cancellation of the contract, cancellation fees will be charged according to the standard terms and conditions. Your signature confirms this. 

  • Up to 45 days before the arrival date, the tenant loses the deposit of 30% of the contract amount already paid.
  • From 45 days to 35 days before the arrival date - 50%
  • From 35 days to 14 days before arrival - 90% 
  • From 14 days before arrival - 100%

Cancellation insurance is recommended.

Special prices for long term rentals between October and May, only on request.

Important! In addition to the rental prices, an energy lump sum of 0.30 cents/kWh for the electricity consumed, 25 EUR for a laundry package (bed linen and towels) and 150 EUR for the final cleaning will also be charged
