The Apartment comprises of two bedrooms, bathroom, lounge has a fire place adjoining dining room/patio is south facing and overlooks manicured green lawns with palm trees and a sparkling pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffe machine, oven and hop and crockery etc.
The Space The Apartment is situated in a popular and quiet area. You can enjoy the lovely peaceful setting and the garden, large communal pool. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, English & Spanish TV. The balcony, overlooks the beautifully maintained green gardens and pool, ideal for al fresco dining.
Guest access Guest own acces with use of the entire apartment and the outside space, garden and pool. Free parking area for 1 car outside the property, off road. There are a few steps down to front door, and stairs down to the pool area.
Other things to note Washing machine area is available at a small charge.
We are Alan & Margi and we living in Moraira for 6 years. Moraira is a hidden gem in the Costa Blanca.
We bought this apartment in 2017 and we renovated this for a relaxed stay for our future guests. You will enjoy a relaxing time in the garden next to the pool. Shops/Supermarkets beach and the centre of Moraira are nearby. Long term rates are negotiable (4 w+)
