We present to you one of our most refined villas, situated in the area of El Portet in Moraira, this villa enjoys modern architecture providing a tasteful design throughout the interior and through the exterior.

The incredible panoramic views over the entire Mediterranean land can be enjoyed from every floor of the villa due to its well-designed big windows offering a sun-filled atmosphere at all moments. Less than 5 Min. drive leads us towards the beach of El Portet which shines with its unrivalled location. Another 2 Min. drive takes us to the beautiful coastal town of Moraira where a large variety of restaurants, bars and shops can be explored together with its main beach “ La Ampolla”.
