Own  drinking water. 3 large bedrooms each with  double bed. 2 bathrooms with toilet and shower and a bathroom with Jacuzzi, in the conservatory an extra sofa bed. Camping cot for toddler available.
BBQ. All rooms have air conditioning. 
Large swimming pool approx. 10 x 6 with large terrace surrounded and spacious garden. 
Enjoy the sheltered summer evenings on your private terrace  or walk to the sea for a sangria. Laze by the private pool. Seaview. Subtropical garden and ABSOLUTE privacy. Dream kitchen for lovers of good cooking and food. Golf course and tennis court around the corner. Various cycling and walking opportunities. That's all possible at this super de luxe Villa.

Beautiful garden with sea view,  private swimming pool 10 x 5. For the time being, the separate guest house is only rented out on special request and in consultation (because it has not yet been renovated). 
The villa is equipped with central heating and air conditioning, spacious kitchen, 3 bedrooms
1 bedroom with lit bedroom and bathroom and on the first floor a master bedroom, bathroom  with Jacuzzi and a bedroom with lit jumeaux.

TV with Digital Channel (also Dutch, German and English channels), super fast internet (fiber optic 100mB).

2 garages and spacious driveway for an extra large car.

This lovely family villa is also a perfect base for sports enthusiasts. Cycling and hiking trails have recently been built along the coast, to which the villa has a direct connection. In addition to a dip in the pool, you can swim in the sea on the beach of Advocat (15 minutes walk) or have a drink in the charming Xirinquitos.  
With one of the many golf courses on this coast 7 minutes by car and many championship courses a little further away, this is the perfect place to enjoy your holiday in both summer and winter.

The deposit will be returned 1 week after the end of the rental (minus damage).

Linen is included and will be washed for you at the end of the rental period. Printed pool towels for use at the pool free of charge.

On request, cleaning can also be done during the rental period at €20 per hour, based on availability and requested in time.
