My nice apartment is part of Las Fuentes, a small-scale urbanization in the Sol Park. I chose this apartment because of its rural location and the excellent maintenance of the buildings, the garden and the swimming pool. The apartment is located on the 1st, also top, floor and is accessible via a private staircase. Just 5 minutes by car is the cozy village of Moraira, with its sandy beach, beautiful boulevard, nice shops, plenty of choice of restaurants, various supermarkets for daily shopping and the market on Friday morning. You will be welcomed by my very experienced manager, who will show you around the apartment and who you can contact for questions during your stay.

Due to the new regulations of the Spanish government, I can only rent out my apartment for a minimum of 11 days.

The variety of culture, nature, sun, sea and beach makes Spain a great holiday destination. Wonderful to be the owner of this beautiful apartment here! The Costa Blanca has a fantastic climate, especially the area around Moraira. The World Health Organization declared it one of the healthiest in the world. Enough reasons to stay here during your holiday. My apartment is also very suitable for wintering.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The following rules apply to payment of the reserved period.
Upon reservation deposit of 25% of the rent and deposit.
Remainder no later than 4 weeks before arrival date.
In case of cancellation, percentage of the remaining rent still to be paid:
- up to 8 weeks before arrival 50%
- up to 4 weeks before arrival 75%
- up to 2 weeks before arrival 90%

Unless otherwise stated, all rental prices are per week.

Check-out before 11:00 and check-in after 15:00.

Because more and more people only want to make limited use of the air conditioning, the energy costs are charged separately, based on consumption according to meter registration, at € 0.50 per kWh.

The washing of bed linen and towels (1 set of bed linen, 1 shower towel and 1 towel per person) after departure and final cleaning of the house, based on wipe-clean delivery on departure is included in the additional costs. There is a washing machine in the house for interim washing. Please leave beach towels washed!

About two weeks before your arrival date you will receive extensive information about the route, key reception and the property.
