I am Marlene and have owned Casita Espumante since October 2022. Completely renovated and equipped with all comforts.
In the winter I stay there myself (Oct - end of May)
I fell in love with Casita Espumante because of its perfect location, all amenities are within walking distance, and no climbing in the mountains.
Everyone is very welcome in my lovely Casita Espumante, the bubble is ready!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

- Down payment is made upon final agreement of the reservation. This amounts to 50% of the total rental agreement. Remaining payment is made up to 30 days before arrival.

- The rental agreement can be canceled up to 45 days before arrival, only the deposit is paid and the remaining payment is cancelled.
For cancellations <45 days before arrival, the tenant is obliged to pay the rental amount. Travel/cancellation insurance may be available for this purpose.

- If the tenant enters the accommodation later or leaves the accommodation earlier, no refund will be made.

- Free cancellation by the tenant is only possible in the event of an official national travel ban to Spain and/or travel ban back to the Netherlands.

- A deposit must be paid upon arrival as stated in the rental agreement. This will be refunded no later than one week after check-out.

- The house must be found neat and clean upon arrival. If this is not the case, please report this immediately so that this can be resolved. Upon departure, the tenant must leave the house neat and clean and remove as much garbage as possible.
