What a view from the spacious outdoor kitchen (with dishwasher) which is located directly on the private pool. Delicious breakfast and lunch in the shade and in the evening playing games at the large table. There are many fruit trees in the beautifully landscaped garden...... Picking is allowed!

Through the driveway with private parking (under the carport) you enter the terrace of Casa Mar y Sol. From here you enter the house via a staircase of 4 steps. The spacious and cozy living room has a sitting area with smart TV (Flemish channels and NPO/NL), fireplace, book and game cabinet, desk and air conditioning. Through the large windows, overlooking the garden, the terrace and the pool, this space is bathed in natural light. The circular dining area has views of the garden and pool. The spacious kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge with freezer, hob, microwave and Senseo coffee machine. Since you live outside, the owner has placed the dishwasher and washing machine in the outdoor kitchen, which is very handy.
Bedroom 1 & 2 with a double bed, air conditioning, mosquito nets and ceiling fan. The bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet has mosquito nets and air conditioning.
Outdoor life of Casa Mar y Sol
What a nice holiday home this is! This house calls for outdoor living. On the terrace you will find the spacious, covered outdoor kitchen. With a view of the terrace, swimming pool and the rolling hills of Moraira, this is the ideal place to spend the summer. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, fridge freezer, plenty of kitchen utensils, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a barbecue .
At the large dining table you can eat and play games. In addition, there are two nice sunbeds, parasol, two large garden chairs and a cozy sitting area. There is an outdoor shower with sink and toilet. In addition, the terrace leads to an enclosed garden, where you can play "jeu de boules" yourself. A number of fruit trees also grow in the garden; Picking is allowed!
The pool has a size of 8 x 4 meters. In the photos you can see sliding pieces over the pool that are intended for the spring, autumn and winter period, so the water stays nice and warm when the sun is shining on it. In the summer these open completely, where it is pushed to 1 side and a large part is cleaned up in the garage. A small piece remains on 1 side, which does not bother you.

- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure are allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be at least 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

Winter rental
Winter rental from mid-December to March is not possible in this house.

A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
