Casa La Paz is a holiday home where you experience a luxurious feeling! This spacious detached villa in Moraira consists of two floors. You can walk (1200 m) to the fashionable Moraira with its golden and child-friendly sandy beach, lively harbor and center full of boutiques, excellent restaurants and bars. The supermarket is 5 min. of the holiday home. You will lack nothing in this holiday home. Just think about it: excellent beds, luxury barbecue and high-quality garden furniture. In the evening you can walk along the attractively lit boulevard of Moraira, enjoy with a capital E. There are no less than 3 beautiful golf courses within a short drive.
LAYOUT CASA LA PAZ IN MORAIRA
On the ground floor is the living room with two spacious sofas and a satellite television with Dutch channels. From the living room you can easily reach the spacious outdoor terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner electric hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Here is a bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, both with a double bed (box spring). These bedrooms share a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink. From these bedrooms you can step onto the spacious balcony from where you have a beautiful green panoramic view. There are mosquito nets and shutters in front of all windows and air conditioning is available in every room (centrally regulated).
OUTSIDE AT CASA LA PAZ
The outdoors of Casa La Paz is perfect! The Boretti barbecue is ideal for cooking outside. Splash in your private pool or simply enjoy the spacious garden. This is slowing down at its best. The grounds around the villa are completely fenced. There is a comfortable garden set and there are 4 nice sunbeds to enjoy on the spacious terrace. An outdoor shower is also available. Here you can completely relax. On the side of the villa you have your own private parking space at your disposal.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Details
– In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
– In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
– We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

– Electricity: 125 kWh per week is included.
– Gas: normal amount for cooking

Remaining

– Surcharge on arrival between 21.00 - 00.00 € 50,- , after 00.00 € 100 (to be paid in cash on arrival)
– Surcharge arrival on Christmas Day or New Year's Day: € 50 (to be paid in cash on arrival)
In addition to the costs to be settled separately, to be paid on the spot:
- Electricity: € 0.40 per kWh for additional consumption (via meter)
STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Casa La Paz is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for this are € 75 per week, which must be paid in advance when booking. If you use more than 1 gas bottle per week, you will pay the additional consumption on site in cash at € 11.00 per day. In the period November to March the rent is € 3000 per 4 weeks. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with an interim cleaning and change of bed linen and towels mandatory. The winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. For information regarding the regulations in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region: A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
