Found! A nice and well-furnished holiday home close to (10 minutes walk) the beaches, shops and restaurants of the cozy town of Moraira. The outdoor living at Casa Contenta is fantastic, it has a spacious terrace, private swimming pool (8x4) and outdoor kitchen. With a partial view of the Mediterranean Sea.
Layout Casa Contenta
The main entrance of Casa Contenta can be entered via a few steps of the stairs located at the very spacious parking lot. Here you walk into the hall of the holiday home. Another possibility is to walk around the house from the parking lot, so you can reach the terrace side of the house without taking a staircase where you can also enter the house. From that point on, everything is on the ground floor and after opening the large steel doors, you are in the open space where the living room, kitchen and dining area are located. The living room has a Smart TV, music system and a sitting area. The spacious open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and large American fridge. Bedroom 1: 1 x double bed (1.60x2.00cm) with an ensuite room with shower and toilet. Bedroom 2: 1 x double bed (1.60x2.00cm). Bedroom 3: 2 x single bed. Bathroom 2: shower and toilet. All rooms are air-conditioned.
Outside at Casa Contenta
From the living room you walk onto the veranda, here is a lounge sofa and small round dining table. This is a wonderful place to enjoy your breakfast in the shade or sit on the couch with a book during the hottest time of the day. From here you also have a good view of the private pool and the surrounding area. At the swimming pool (8x4) there are 6 sun loungers with soft lounger cushions on the very spacious terrace. The dining table is located near the outdoor kitchen with a large gas barbecue that invites you to prepare the tastiest dishes. The (enclosed) area around the villa is very spacious. Children can play there and there is room to park 6 cars. Casa Contenta has all the ingredients for a successful holiday in Moraira.

- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Casa Contenta is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The casa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for this are € 75 per week, which must be paid in advance when booking. If you use more than 1 gas bottle per week, you will pay the additional consumption on site in cash at € 11.00 per day. In the period from November to March (outside the Christmas holidays) the rent is €1195 per week, if you book 4 weeks, you pay 3 weeks. During the two weeks of Christmas holidays, the rent is € 1295 per week. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with an interim cleaning and change of bed linen and towels mandatory.
The winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. For the latest rates and availability, please feel free to contact us.

A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
