Completely renovated apartment in the main shopping street of Moraira and just 200 m from the sea.
Located in a building with a lift, it is spacious and bright. It is distributed in 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, fully equipped open kitchen and 2 balconies overlooking the most emblematic street of Moraira and a little side view of the sea.
Every detail has been taken care of to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. The whole house is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning and fibre optic Wi-Fi connection up to 1,000 Mb.
The living room, dining room and kitchen are integrated. The living room has a large sofa, Smart TV and has access to one of the balconies. The dining room has a table with chairs for 4 people. The kitchen with cooking island is equipped with all integrated appliances: including washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and juicer.
The bathroom is equipped with an extra-flat shower.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed. It has direct access to one of the balconies. It has a large wardrobe and television.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, comfortable storage for clothes and television.

Environment
The location of the apartment is perfect as there are no bars or restaurants too close to disturb the tranquility. In addition, this street is car-free from 15:00 to 7:00 during the summer months, so there is no traffic noise. However, the beach, the yacht club, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and other leisure activities are just a few metres away, making it an ideal option to enjoy a car-free holiday.
Free public parking is available nearby.

Activities and attractions
The accommodation is located in Moraira, a coastal town on the Costa Blanca. The beaches are sandy and have been awarded the blue flag for their crystal clear waters. Moraira is a paradise for sports lovers, the spectacular seabed invites you to snorkel and dive, but also to take excursions by jet ski or catamaran. We can also practice sports such as golf, hiking or horseback riding. The narrow and picturesque streets with shops, bars and restaurants of the highest quality will give us an unforgettable holiday.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

-The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

-In case of cancellation up to 90 days (excluded) before the start of the rental period: no charge.-In case of cancellation from 90 days (included) up to 42 days (excluded) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price.
- In case of cancellation from 42 days (included) to 28 days (excluded) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price.
- In case of cancellation from 28 days (included) to 14 days (excluded) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price.
-In case of cancellation from 14 days (included) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.
(*) If the tenant informs on the same day as the start of the rental period or during the rental period that they will not use (more) the rented property, the tenant will still be responsible for full payment of the rent.
