In the heart of Moraira and a short walk from the beach. We have recently completely redecorated the apartment. Leave the car at home! This apartment is located in the beautiful center of Moraira, a unique location. You will find everything within a very short walking distance. The fine sandy beach of Moraira is 220m away (two easily portable beach chairs are available), the supermarket is already 100 meters away and the best restaurants by the sea and in the center are from 50 meters from the apartment.

The layout
Beach Apartment Marjaleta Moraira is located on the second floor of a modern apartment building with a total of three floors. It is accessible by stairs or elevator. A camera at the outside door shows upstairs who is ringing the doorbell through an intercom.

Living room with comfortable sofa and armchair, ceiling fan, television with streaming options and sliding doors to south-facing balcony with seating and awning. Fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer drawers, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, milk frother, toaster and washer/dryer combination. Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer.
Bedroom with a king-size double bed (180x210) with two separate internal compartments so that you do not feel each other moving during the night, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe. Desk with chair. Compact ironing board with iron. The living room and bedroom windows have blackout and sound-absorbing shutters. Air conditioning hot/cold in the living room and bedroom. Wifi. Free parking nearby, for example on the market square 200m away.

Balcony
Despite the great attraction of the village, it is also wonderful to be on the balcony. The balcony is equipped with two chairs and an awning that can be set to different positions. On the left you have a view of a green square and behind it the old town of Moraira. On the right, at the end of the street, you will see the promenade to the beach and the market square. The balcony is located on the sunny south and has sun almost all year round and also all day. From about mid-November to mid-January, the sun is just too low to shine on the balcony. But as soon as you walk outside, the sun is everywhere and you can enjoy the Spanish winter sun on terraces, benches and the beach. 

Distances
You can park your car for free on the market square, a 2-minute walk from the apartment. But you can also choose to travel by bus, for example from Beniconnect, or by private transfer from the
airport. Alicante Airport: 91km, Valencia Airport: 128km. Padel courts at 200 meters. Nice walks from the village are to the beautiful bay of El Portet (1.5km) or, in the other direction, via Bar la Cabana (1.5km) in the direction of La Fustera (6km) via the ecopath. Plenty of opportunities to have a drink in a beach bar or take a dip in the sea in between.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Only the final cleaning must be paid on site to the key manager. All other mandatory costs are included in the stated night/week price, such as bed linen and electricity.

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
    • cancellation up to 3 months before the start of the rental period: the down payment of 35%
    • cancellation between 3 months and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
    • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
