This finca is located just outside the hustle and bustle of the Costa Blanca and is located in beautiful surroundings on the edge of the nature reserve around the Sierra de Bernia. Total tranquility is guaranteed here.
This rural holiday home is surrounded by just over 1 hectare of land and has a lovely private swimming pool. After a beautiful drive through the mountains, you arrive at your own holiday finca via the driveway and you are absorbed in the wonderful peace that surrounds and breathes this house.
The entrance is located on a lovely and spacious veranda with a lounge area and a large dining table for long pleasant evenings with the people you love. The beautiful house has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 comfortable bathrooms. You can also have a studio located on the patio behind the house where a bathroom and bedroom are located.
Finca Iris is located on a spacious plot and is directly adjacent to nature. Here you will never be bothered by the neighbors and you can relax wonderfully.
You enter the large living room, which is stylishly and comfortably furnished. If you walk further, you enter the dining room where you have access to a lovely shaded terrace & veranda on the left. From this terrace you have an incredibly beautiful view of the Sierra de Bernia and the valley where Finca Iris is located.
The kitchen is open to the dining room. In the living room there is a staircase that leads to the two bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has its own spacious balcony spanning the entire width and an amazing view of nature and mountains. The other bedroom is wonderfully spacious with a large rustic closet. The bathroom is located in the hallway and has a bath, double sink and toilet. The other bathroom with walk-in shower is located on the ground floor.
Opening onto the patio is the studio, which has a high, spacious entrance, where a sitting area or library is located on the right, a cozy living room on the left and then the bathroom with bath. Through the entrance a staircase leads upstairs where there is a bedroom. This brings the total number of sleeping places to 6. However, with the addition of 2 extra beds, Finca Iris can accommodate up to 8 people.
Finca Iris is an off grid house but has a large solar power system that provides sufficient energy. There is air conditioning (hot/cold), which is available as long as the electricity consumption (home battery) does not fall below a set percentage. In other words, if there is sun, you have heating/air conditioning. In winter additional heat is available via a pellet fired central heating system.
