The comfortable 2-person sofa is transformed into a bed in no time, it is suitable for 2 people (so 5 or 6 people can be discussed.)

The bedroom has a double bed size 160x200, patio doors to the balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. Also a spacious built-in wardrobe with a safe And an air conditioner that can also heat in the winter.
Double bedroom, with 2 single beds measuring 900x1900 with storage space under the beds, the room also has a spacious built-in wardrobe. And a ceiling fan for hot days.

If you just want to escape the sun, you can extend the canopy over the roof.
Behind the house there is the garden, with parking for the car.

The beach of la zenia is a beautiful child friendly beach. It gradually gets deeper as you can see in this photo. Very relaxed with small children.
La Zenia Boulevard shopping center, you can certainly spend an entire day here! 1 km from the house, opened on September 26, 2012.
The harbor in Torrevieja
18 hole golf course villa martin 600 meters from the cottage. The other 18 hole golf courses, golf Campoamor and Las Ramblas golf orihuela 4 km away.
