By making a reservation at Residence Bougainville, you confirm that you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1: To make a reservation via the Internet, you can make a request to Residence Bougainville for a specific apartment and a specific period. A final reservation of a holiday home is always made in writing. This type of reservation is binding on you and Residence Bougainville. Residence Bougainville will confirm and invoice the reservation by email within 24 hours from the date of the request. If you do not have written confirmation including an invoice within 24 hours of submitting your application, you should always contact Residence Bougainville.
2. Prices: No rights can be derived from the prices on our website. Residence Bougainville reserves the right to change these prices. The correct price will be communicated to you upon reservation. The final price shown on the confirmation/invoice is binding.
3.: Payment When booking, you will be charged 20% of the rental price, but at least € 150.00. Payment must be made within 8 days of the invoice date stated on the confirmation/invoice. The remaining amount of the reservation must be transferred at least 6 weeks before arrival. If you book within 6 weeks of the start of your stay, the total amount must be paid in one go. In case of late or incomplete payment, Residence Bougainville is entitled to cancel the reservation. Residence Bougainville will send you a written confirmation via email. Amounts already paid will not be refunded. Cleaning costs and any extras must be paid on site upon arrival.
4. Deposit: A deposit of €150.00 must be paid. The costs for damage in and to the rental apartment or its furnishings caused by the tenant, one of his roommates or one of his guests will be deducted from the deposit. If there is no damage, your deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your departure.
5. Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, the following conditions apply. Cancellation: Cancellation costs more than 8 weeks before arrival the amount of the deposit,
For a period less than 8 weeks before arrival: the deposit + 20% of the rental price,
For a period of less than 6 weeks before arrival: the deposit + 40% of the rental price,
For a period of less than 4 weeks before arrival: deposit + 60% of the rental price.
For a period of less than 2 weeks before arrival: deposit + 80% of the rental price.
Cancellations must be communicated to Residence Bougainville both by telephone and in writing. Residence Bougainville will send a cancellation confirmation/invoice immediately upon receipt of the cancellation. If Residence Bougainville is forced, for any reason, to cancel the holiday home already reserved, the tenant will be notified immediately and, if possible, offered an alternative. If this alternative is not accepted or cannot be offered, Residence Bougainville will immediately refund the amount already paid by the tenant. The tenant has no other right than to demand this amount back. Residence Bougainville recommends that you take out travel cancellation insurance. This can be completed with any insurance company within 14 days of the invoice date.
6. Pets Pets are not allowed.
7. Care of the apartment and outdoor area: The rental apartment must be treated with care, taking into account the tranquility of the surrounding area. If the tenant does not behave in accordance with the house rules or causes serious nuisance or annoyance to those around him, he may be refused further access to the holiday home without any right to a refund of the rent. In the unlikely event that the tenant causes damage to the rented holiday home and/or inventory, he must report this immediately to Residence Bougainville. The associated repair and/or replacement costs must be reimbursed immediately on site. The tenant is liable for damage caused by him or by fellow tenants and any visitors, even if these are discovered after departure.
8. Water, Gas and Electricity: The prices offered by Residence Bougainville include water and gas for cooking and exclude electricity unless otherwise stated. At the end of the rental period, electricity consumption is recorded. The costs for this must be paid on site.
9. Maximum number of people The description on the website states the maximum number of people who are allowed to stay in the apartment. Under no circumstances may this number be exceeded unless you have written permission.

In Spain follow AP7/E15. This is the AutoPista that comes from Valencia or Alicante. From Alicante airport follow the signs to Valencia. From Valencia Airport follow the Alicante/Gandia signs. Take exit 65 “Benidorm Levante”. Immediately afterwards, keep right towards La Nucia. Continue following the signs for La Nucia. You will then come to a roundabout, which you take three quarters of the way through. All roundabouts always go straight towards La Nucia. You cross all the roundabouts straight ahead until you reach ROTONDA 1. You will see the Economy Cash supermarket on the left and the LIDL supermarket at the roundabout. Take this roundabout all the way and return towards Benidorm. Follow this road for about 1 km and immediately after kilometer marker 44, turn right towards Centro Social Convent de les Monjes. Attention: At this point there are 2 cycle path signs next to each other. Just in front of it there is a white sign with the names of some urbanizations, including “El Valle” (that is the name of our urbanization). Continue following this road, turn left after the fourth speed bump, turn right at the T-junction and keep right (it's a dead end). At the end of the street (upwards) you will see a beige gate of Residence Bougainville on your right, Carrer Serra l'Aixorta 10, 03530 La Nucia.
