Finca Familia Libre
After a two-year search, we found our dream place between La Nucía and Altea. For four years we have worked on the renovation with a lot of love. In 2024/2025, our dream came to life. Around the finca you will find several cozy seating areas, each with a unique and beautiful view of the mountains, the valley or the coast. Enjoy the peace, nature and our infinity pool, and experience the Costa Blanca as we love to do ourselves.

Layout
The villa consists of two fully independent houses, each with its own luxury kitchen and bathroom. Ideal for two families who are going on holiday together, but also perfect for a family with older children who like to have a little more privacy and their own place.
The upstairs apartment is fully air-conditioned. In the ground floor apartment, a mobile air conditioner and fans in the bedrooms provide cooling. Thanks to its location, this house also remains pleasantly cool by nature.

Upstairs apartment
• 1 bedroom with queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm)
• 1 bedroom with bunk beds (2 × 90 × 200 cm) and the possibility of an extra single bed
Ground floor apartment
• 1 bedroom with king-size bed (180 × 200 cm)
• 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 × 200 cm)
Bathrooms & outdoor facilities
The villa has two comfortable bathrooms, a separate toilet and an extra toilet and outdoor shower by the pool. Everything is there to provide you with all the comforts during your stay.
Upstairs apartment
The spacious bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a lovely bath, a luxury sink and a toilet.
Ground floor apartment
The ground floor apartment has a stylish en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and a beautiful sink, directly connected to the bedroom with the king-size bed. In addition, there is a separate toilet with sink.
Outside
At the pool you will find an extra toilet and an outdoor shower. Ideal for a quick rinse off after a refreshing dip or a day at the beach.
