Studio with full bathroom and kitchen, the bedroom and lounge is one space. A comfortable bed of 150 x 200 with a thick topper for a good night's sleep.
A fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom.
There are 2 nice lounge armchairs and a small dining table with 2 chairs.
There is a small balcony.
If necessary, we can provide a baby cot and chair.
Free parking right outside the door.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 30 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 30 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
