Casa Siempre Sol La Mata Playa

Casa Siempre Sol is fully equipped and located on the top floor on the edge of the dunes, a 5-minute walk from the extensive sandy beach of La Mata and Guardamar del Segura. The center of the picturesque, typical Spanish village of La Mata is also within a 5-minute walk. The city of Torrevieja with its cozy center and elongated boulevards is less than a 10-minute drive away. You can also easily use public transport from La Mata to go to Torrevieja.

The completely renovated roof terrace offers a wonderful view of the La Mata salt lake on one side and the beautiful dune area on the other.
The luxurious roof terrace has an attractive Spanish tiled floor with an outdoor kitchen that is fully equipped. The kitchen has a refrigerator, sink, washing machine & dryer. There are also luxurious sunbeds, a hammock, a lounge set and two large awnings. Even in the winter months it is wonderful to relax on the roof terrace with no less than 320 days of sunshine per year. So enjoy to the max!

The apartment has a bright living room with kitchen. The living room with cozy dining area and comfortable sofa has recently been renovated and is equipped with a Smart TV with Dutch channel package (HD), Netflix, a DVD player (DVD range available) & fiber optic internet. The sofa can be folded out as a sofa bed for 2 people.

You can't imagine anything crazy in the kitchen, but it is there!
There is a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, various sizes of cooking and baking pans, etc.

The bathroom has been completely renovated with a double sink, hanging toilet & walk-in shower. Of course, just like on the roof terrace, we used tiles with beautiful Spanish influences.

The large bedroom has a renovated interior with a wonderfully spacious bed (2.10 meters wide!) with 2 separate mattresses. In the guest room you will find another 2 renovated beds, one of which is foldable. All rooms have large fitted wardrobes and a luxurious air conditioning system (Daikin) and there is a safe where you can safely store your personal belongings. In addition, free internet (WIFI) should of course not be missing on a well-deserved holiday and is therefore also available. All frames have been replaced with aluminum frames with revolving louvered doors and extra wide sliding doors in the living room so that you can optimally enjoy the beautiful view of the dunes. All rooms have underfloor heating, making the apartment very suitable for wintering.

Want to go to the beach? Within a few minutes you can be on the beautiful sandy beach! The necessary beach equipment has also been taken into account! From the sunny, completely renovated balcony with extra spacious sliding doors where you can sit, you have a view of the dunes, where you can hear the birds chirping. Is the sun getting too much for you? Then the sunscreen offers a solution!

Are you ready for a refreshing dip? Then you can use the communal swimming pool. In the morning, get your delicious fresh rolls from the bakery around the corner or enjoy an extensive breakfast or delicious tapas at an authentic Spanish beach bar on the beautiful, extensive sandy beach. The prices are still nice here!

Every Wednesday there is a lively market in the village, which is highly recommended! You can enjoy walking or cycling in the large nature park near the salt lakes. Or take a trip to Alicante or go shopping in the large shopping center at La Zenia. In short, you have come to the right place for a relaxing and well-deserved holiday.

There are a total of 4 beds and 1 double sofa bed in the living room. You can possibly stay here with 4 adults and 2 children. We do not recommend a stay with 6 adults.
There is a folding cot and a highchair available.
