Top location in an authentic Spanish village but still close to everything. Everything was within walking distance : To the beach, Supermarket, Bus stop for Torrevieja/Alicante etc. Quiet neighborhood, Quiet air-con, Neat and clean bathroom. Excellent roof terrace with fridge (Handy for the BBQ ;)). 2 swimming pools within crawling distance. Definitely recommended!

Beautiful apartment, fully equipped, with fantastic roof terrace. Pool downstairs is great to cool off, but otherwise no facilities there. Town of La Mata a 5-minute walk away with many restaurants. Many beaches nearby, with sunbeds and beach bar. 10 days was just long enough. Administrators are very nice and helpful.

This is the second time we stay here, and again a great success. The cottage contains everything you need and the roof terrace is fantastic.

The roof terrace is lovely where there is also a sun screen if it is too hot and fully equipped.

Wow, really everything is there for a great holiday! Super short walk to go to the beach and what a nice place La Mata is! We will definitely come back to enjoy the sublime roof terrace again. Top!!!
