Our tenants also have access to the communal swimming pool around the corner.

-Located in a cozy neighborhood, within walking distance you will find numerous bars and restaurants, where you can enjoy a drink, good food and tapas, there are also several supermarkets for all your shopping, or stroll at one of the weekly markets (1 on Thursday, 1 on Saturday).
There are also nice playgrounds for the little ones in our urbanization.
You can enjoy the beach and the dunes, but the mountains are also not very far away.
-Due to its great location, it is an excellent base to Alicante, Elche, Santa Pola, Guardamar del Segura, Torrevieja, etc...
Our region is very popular with hikers, cyclists, golfers and motorcyclists for its beautiful walking, cycling / mountain biking, motorcycle routes and golf courses, our house is therefore a very suitable base for this.
Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely parked in the garden.
