Semi-detached holiday villa with private pool and roof terrace, quietly located and fully equipped so that you will lack nothing during your holiday.
Inside you will find a fully furnished house with air conditioning in all rooms, fiber optic cable and a 42" flat screen TV with Dutch and international channels.
Outside, you can enjoy the Spanish climate on the veranda with lounge set, in the shade under the pergola with retractable awning or sunbathing on one of the sun loungers. You can cool off with the outdoor shower and a splash in the pool. There is even a whirlpool area in the pool! And how nice it is to end the day with something tasty from the outdoor grill.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a spacious fridge / freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob with combi microwave / oven, coffee maker, washing machine and dryer.
There are 3 bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds. On the first floor there is a double bed and then a private bathroom with bath with a shower, toilet and sink. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. All rooms have spacious wardrobes.
The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. Parking is possible behind the entrance gate right next to the swimming pool, or as we always do ourselves, at the beginning of the street along the road. There is plenty of free space there and we keep a lot of space on the terrace for outdoor living.
We use a Dutch-speaking key manager who you can contact for questions about the house during your stay.
There is also a Dutch-speaking general practitioner in the village. The house is not suitable for the disabled. Pets are not allowed.
The area: Alicante airport is a 25-minute drive away, large supermarkets such as Mercadona and Lidl are a 5-minute drive away. The beach of Guardamar del Segura is about a 6-minute drive away. There are many beautiful villages and towns in the area such as Torrevieja and Alicante, but you can also explore Valencia during a day trip.
If you like to eat out, you can enjoy Spanish or international cuisine in many restaurants in the vicinity.
