Features include three double bedrooms (one Queen, two twin), two bathrooms, a living-dining area, open kitchen, laundry room, and a glazed terrace leading to the poolside naya. A separate studio with living area, kitchen, double bed, bathroom, and terrace provides added privacy. Enjoy tranquility, pool and air-conditioned comfort.

I was born and raised in NL but since 1995 living in Spain from which the last 20 years in Javea. For 10 years I’ve been renting out my 2 villas for touristic purpose. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

• Cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
• Cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
• If the renter informs on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not be using the property (or will no longer be using it), he will still be liable for the full rental price.
