Our lovely family house Villa Paloma is located at the foot of the Montgo mountain and has a large garden with swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and a beautiful pool house with lounge sofas and a large table for extensive dining. A nice, quiet place between mountain and valley, near the old village of Javea with harbor, boulevard, sandy beach and the Montgo Natural Park. Other nice villages and small bays are nearby, with markets, shopping malls and golf courses.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with air conditioning, wifi and laundry facilities.

Arrival and departure - except during the summer months - is possible on any day of the week, however, the booking must match previous and subsequent bookings as much as possible. Ask us about the possibilities.

We are two sisters with their partners and parents, or the Breukel-de Monnink, Hoving and Jurna families. After much fantasizing and consideration, we found this house in 2022 and renovated it to modern standards while preserving its original and authentic state. We are very happy with our house and although we are often there ourselves (including children with his 10s) we are also happy to rent our fantastic house to you.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only on the start date or during the rental period
announces that it will not use the rented property (anymore), remains
he owes the full rent.
