This beautiful traditional villa with private pool is located in a quiet area, on the edge of nature in Jávea. With 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the villa offers enough space for 6 people.
The holiday home is surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden with a spacious swimming pool of 10x5 meters and an outdoor shower.
The pool is equipped with a saltwater system, which has many advantages over chlorine.
There is a large covered terrace (naya) where you can fully enjoy, eat and relax. There is also a beautiful outdoor kitchen with a Boretti gas barbecue with hob, where you can enjoy cooking / barbecuing.
In the living room/dining room there is both a sitting area and a dining area and contains a satellite/smart TV with all Dutch channels and WiFi (via fiber optic). Air conditioning is also available here.
The kitchen is fully equipped; such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with ice maker, freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle and a juicer. In the utility room there is a washing machine, dryer and ironing board.
All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned.
Furthermore, the house contains an alarm system, a Sonos sound system and fire protection. When a fire is detected, all safety hatches open automatically and the lighting is switched on.

- The old historic center can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
- The harbor with all kinds of nice (fish) restaurants can be reached in 12 minutes.
- The typical Spanish bays/beaches of Granadella, Ambolo and Cala Blanca, with clear blue water, can be reached between 10-15 minutes by car.
- A large supermarket can be reached in 6 minutes.
- The surrounding area offers many opportunities for activities, such as padel, tennis, golf (2 courts), hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, karting, diving, fishing, snorkeling and various other water sports (sailing, surfing, water/jet skiing, kayaking, pedal boats).
