Villa Fave is a villa in Javea with 225 m2 of living space on a beautiful green plot of 1100 m2 and guarantees lots of holiday fun. The villa consists of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The house is divided into 2 floors. On the first floor there is a large bedroom with its own sitting area and a French balcony, a bed of 200x200 cm and a private bathroom. The other 5 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, 2 of which have an ensuite bathroom. The veranda is located right next to the swimming pool, all on a fairly flat plot.

The villa is located in the 'El Toselet' district where safety is monitored 24/7 by 2 driving cars. Within 10 minutes by car you will find yourself on the pleasant boulevard of El Arenal, which is also the closest option to enjoy a day at the beach.

We are Jeroen and Tessa and we bought this beautiful house at the beginning of 2024 and after quite a few jobs the house is ready, the enjoyment can begin. Besides the fact that we would like to make a lot of use of the house ourselves together with our son Kick, we hope that others will also enjoy this house in lovely Javea just as much!
