It is a very cozy, completely newly renovated villa with attention to natural elements. When you enter you immediately get a holiday feeling.

The many large windows give a lot of light and especially the view from both the living room and the terrace is indescribably beautiful!

It also has a very large private terrace around the pool that has also been completely renovated with a raised area in the pool, a kind of "Playa" where you can lie just under water. Supermarket at 500m.

Hello I am Yves 55 years old and enjoy the little things in Spain, I live 10 min. of the Villa Boho, was previously a jewelry designer and has been living in Spain for several years now.
The region here is nothing short of fantastic, green, mountains, sea to live or holiday. I hope to welcome you for the keys to the villa.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
