Come and enjoy our beautiful family villa with sea views and quietly located in the luxurious area of La Siesta in Jávea/Xàbia. Villa Alma is fully equipped with a large private swimming pool, cozy spacious outdoor kitchen, lovely lounge beds and various shady spots around the villa. Comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and mosquito nets together make the basis for a pleasant stay.

There is a supermarked around the corner from the villa and several restaurants within walking distance. Also, the beautiful viewpoints Les Pesqueres and Cabo la Nao are very close; in clear weather, Ibiza can be spotted in the distance. If you get in the car you are 10 minutes at the beach promenade at Playa Arenal, where there is a lot of fun, restaurants and a lovely sandy beach. Hi holidaymaker! I'm Line and this is our beautiful Villa Alma. We have seen a lot in the world, but we immediately fell in love with Jávea and this villa. A wonderful place to be and spend your holiday with family and friends - with lots of sun and nice temperatures all year round. And now available for rental, so that everyone can enjoy it.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation, the landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of the written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: costs are the prepayment of 10%
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
Paid deposit will always be refunded in case of cancellation.

Payment terms:

10% prepayment of the rental amount before securing the reservation. The prepayment will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
60 days before arrival pay the balance, final cleaning and deposit
Any change or extra cleaning will be paid on location.

The deposit will be refunded no later than 7 days after departure after deduction of any costs for the repair of damage found by the tenant. Tenants are responsible for all damage caused during their stay by their actions. If the damage is higher than the deposit, the remainder of the damage must be transferred.

Location & area recommendations

Additional information

Playa Arenal has a promenade with shops and restaurants and a beautiful sandy beach, where there is also plenty to do for children. It's a bit crowded in high season, but nice to enjoy the beach or a night of people-watching. Young people usually enjoy themselves here, as this is also where most of the entertainment venues are located, such as Achill, Socco and Taverna Octopus. There is good food to eat, e.g. at La Bambula and Chabada.

Jávea's old town is full of life. With covered market and tapas at Mercat de Xàbia, and more delicious tapas at 9 donde fabrizio and Tasca la rebotica. In the old town you will also find the small art museum Museo Ca Lambert and Museu arqueològic i ethnològic; the archaeological museum.

Jávea Puerto has a pleasant little promenade, a small beach and of course the harbour. You can enjoy good food at Nomad on the promenade, at Restaurante La Vera, Beach House and at Bar Tal Cual they have good tapas. Next to Beach House is a beautiful interior design shop. The boardwalk also has some nice shops. Parroquia del Mar; the fisherman's church is also worth seeing.

Close to Villa Alma there are several beautiful calas. Cala Ambolo is within walking distance - with some climbing - about 30 minutes. Cala Portixoll and Cala Granadella are other beautiful calas nearby. Both with nice beach bars. Get there early if you want to be able to park. Tip for walks: be careful in the hottest months. Walk early in the morning or late afternoon because of the heat and take water and a hat.
