The villa's charming setting and luxurious amenities can accommodate up to 10 guests. The boutique villa is located just 200 meters from the Mirador de Cap Negre viewpoint and offers uninterrupted and breathtaking sea views.

The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, a spacious swimming pool of 11x4 meters and 5 terraces with enchanting views of the sea, the pool and the garden.

Kitchen and dining room
The kitchen is the heart of The Jave, designed with all culinary needs in mind. Consider an XL cooking island with an integrated extractor hood, oven, combination microwave, SMEG toaster, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, SMEG kettle, dishwasher and sufficient storage space for all your ingredients.

On the other side of the kitchen island you will find a bar with three cozy seats, ideal for enjoying drinks, private dinners, fascinating conversations with the chef and the best view in the city. The dining room is adjacent to the living room and kitchen and offers enough space to dine with 10 people.

Living rooms
The Jave has two separate living rooms that create the ideal setting for groups. The Fourus room has a unique round handmade sofa and offers views of the green Mirador Valley. The other living room has a spacious sofa, two armchairs and offers panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Bedrooms
The villa has four luxurious bedrooms, suitable for 8 to 10 guests. The first floor features a bedroom and en-suite bathroom, a king size bed and breathtaking sea views. On the ground floor are the other three bedrooms that share two separate bathrooms, each with a king-size bed and direct access to the outdoor terrace and pool. Up to two beds can be added upon request to accommodate a ninth or tenth guest.

For optimal comfort, each bedroom is equipped with its own air conditioning system and the rooms offer beautiful views of the enchanting sea, picturesque valley or colorful summer garden.

Bathrooms
The Jave features a total of 3 bathrooms, each designed with convenience and luxury in mind. Two bathrooms are located on the ground floor and are shared by three bedrooms. These bathrooms have a total of two showers, a relaxing bath and illuminated mirrors. For extra comfort, the master bedroom on the first floor has its own bathroom. This private area offers a shower and illuminated mirrors.

Outdoor spaces
With five beautiful terraces spread across the garden, The Jave offers the ideal spot for any time of the day. Surrounded by a mix of handmade and wooden sunbeds, as well as parasols for shade, is the centrally located 11x4 meter swimming pool. Adjacent to the pool, the outdoor kitchen and lounge also provide an exclusive and communal space for gathering, dining and relaxing.

The naya of the house is part of both the first floor and the ground floor and offers protection during the bright sunshine hours. In the corner of the garden, the pergola terrace is the absolute place for guests who love garden views, gentle sea breezes and vibrant summer flowers. Environment
The Jave has a convenient location just 15 minutes away from the famous El Arenal beach. Guests can enjoy the boulevard and attractive restaurants here or participate in activities such as beach volleyball, jet ski tours or wave surfing. Cala del Portitxol beach, which is visible from The Jave, is also a popular destination. This beach is best known for its characteristic blue fishermen's houses. Renting a kayak here is definitely worthwhile; for example, paddle to the nearby rocks to take a refreshing dip in the azure blue water.

Javea has much more to offer, such as the historic city center and beautiful beaches such as Cala Granadella and Cala Ambolo. Guests who want to discover even more cities can expand their experiences with Altea or Valencia. Where in Valencia you can cycle through the dried riverbed, Altea is known for its local boutiques, churches with beautiful domes and weekly markets.
