Superb finca with stunning views for 8 people in Javea, Costa Blanca.

Pura Vida, "real or pure life". This beautiful finca is built in authentic style with thick stone walls, wooden beams, beautiful shutters on the windows and many details, such as a well and large wooden doors, which make a finca unique. It is located in a wonderfully quiet, rural area on about 18,000m2 plot with a beautifully landscaped garden with fruit trees. From the terrace above and from several places in the garden you have a magnificent view of the Montgo mountain, the valley and even a little sea view. 

Small country lanes from the main road lead you to the house on top of a hill, nevertheless you are not far from the centre and the beach of Javea, the Arenal sandy beach is about 10-12 minutes by car. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and is completely private.

This finca is ideal for anyone who loves peace, space and the outdoors, to spend time with family and friends, but you can also retreat here every now and then in one of the many corners around the house and in the garden.

Indoor area

Only the ground floor is rented, the house itself remains closed, however, no other family nor the owner will stay there during your stay. So you have full access to and private use of the higher terrace with swimming pool, the covered terrace and the lovely garden all around.

There is a cozy cozy living room and kitchen in one with dining table, dishwasher, microwave and satellite TV. A nice detail is the window in the living room through which you can look into the pool.

4 brightly coloured, spacious bedrooms, two with a double bed and two with two single beds each, built-in wardrobes and a fan. One of the bedrooms has its own entrance from the outside.

2 bathrooms each with a shower and toilet, one of the bathrooms also has a built-in bath.

Outdoor area

Stairs lead up to the large upstairs terrace with private pool, sunbeds and beautiful views. The terrace is partly covered and has a lounge area, dining table and barbecue. Please note that this part is higher than the living area that is rented out.

Beautifully landscaped garden with fruit trees and some sitting areas from where you can enjoy the view, the tranquility and the surroundings.

Superb patio with beautiful old olive trees, a well, large wooden entrance doors.

There is parking for several cars on the fully fenced plot.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Thank you for your reservation, the reservation is only valid after payment of 50% of the total price within 3 days after reservation, otherwise the reservation will expire. (Total price = Price + deposit)

The balance must be paid 45 days before the date of arrival.

Check-in is possible from 16:00.

Check out before 10am.

A late check-out is possible for a fee in consultation.

The houses we rent out are (renovated) with great attention and decorated with love. We therefore ask that the items are handled neatly and responsibly. Partly out of respect for the neighbors and residents, it is not a party home.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will remain with BonCasa Costa Blanca.

In case of cancellation within 4 weeks before arrival, you will owe the full rental amount.

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

After confirmation of the booking, the deposit of 50% is non-refundable

BonCasa (or the owner) is not liable for reimbursement if travel becomes impossible due to government measures, pandemics or other force majeure situations.

In such cases, the renter can claim compensation through his/her travel or cancellation insurance.

The deposit is of course fully refundable in case of cancellation.
