The environment offers an ideal combination of tranquility and centrality, which makes it possible to reach all amenities quickly. The historic old town with its charming little shops, restaurants and cafés begins just 2 km away. Supermarkets and a petrol station can be reached in around 2.5 km, while the harbour with its picturesque pebble beach is around 4.5 km away. The famous sandy beach of Arenal, known for its promenade and lively hustle and bustle, is about 5.5 km away. Other beautiful bays and beaches are also within easy reach. A car is necessary.
