Layer:

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and immediately adjacent to the nature reserve of the Montgó mountain massif at an altitude of 157 m. The environment offers an ideal combination of tranquility and centrality, which makes it possible to reach all amenities quickly. The historic old town with its charming little shops, restaurants and cafés begins just 2 km away. Supermarkets and a petrol station can be reached in around 2.5 km, while the harbour with its picturesque pebble beach is around 4.5 km away. The famous sandy beach of Arenal, known for its promenade and lively hustle and bustle, is about 5.5 km away. Other beautiful bays and beaches are also within easy reach. A car is necessary.

We are Dana & Lars and live in Germany. Our holiday home has been family-owned for many years and we always spend our holidays here.
Jávea is the most beautiful place for us! Great beaches, perfect location on the Mediterranean Sea and no "bed castles".
Enjoy your holiday on this beautiful spot on earth.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Free services:

  • Internet access via WLAN
  • Garage use
  • Per person: 1x bed linen, 2x towels, 1x shower towel
  • Shower mats and kitchen linen

  • Normal water consumption

Arrival and departure:

  • The changeover day is usually on Saturday. However, other days are also possible by arrangement if the booking fits in at the right time or if there is a week free between bookings.
  • Check-in on the day of arrival from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., either in person by our contact person (languages: German, English, Spanish) or by key box
  • Arrival after 10 p.m. by key box
  • Check-out on the day of departure before 10 am

Payment:

  • A booking is only binding after a timely deposit of 25% of the rental price and signature of the rental agreement (within 3 working days after booking). Otherwise, the reservation will be forfeited.
  • The remainder, including the security deposit, is payable 45 days before the date of arrival. For short-term bookings, the total amount is due immediately.
  • From the deposit we pay the electricity costs and excessive water consumption, as well as damages/losses incurred. The remaining deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after the end of the rental period.
  • Linen change and intermediate cleaning on request for a fee
