Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices & Cancellation Policy

We apply fair and clear conditions, so that both parties know where they stand. Below we explain our cancellation policy.

  • Cancellation policy

  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before arrival: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before arrival: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before arrival: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before arrival: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant decides on the day of arrival or during the rental period not to make (further) use of the rented property, the full rent remains due.

Why this scheme?

We reserve the period exclusively for our guests. Especially in popular seasons, it is often no longer possible to make a new booking at short notice. This scheme ensures a fair balance between flexibility and security.

We therefore always advise our guests to take out good travel and cancellation insurance themselves.

If there are special circumstances, we will of course always think along in reason.

Ideal for relaxation, sports activities and atmospheric day trips in the area.
