This tastefully decorated, Mediterranean-style residence has 2 spacious (balcony) terraces, 1 of which is covered where you can sit at the table in the shade and 1 spacious sun terrace. Both terraces face south and have a great view of the beautiful largest and greenest communal garden with the largest swimming pool in Jávea, where you can swim around the island . Find a lovely spot under a palm tree on the island or in the garden.
The cozy, brightly decorated, cozy living room has patio doors to the covered (balcony) terrace with a great view of the communal garden with the largest swimming pool in Jávea. The living room, equipped with air conditioning , is furnished for 5 people, with a nice sofa, coffee table, armchairs, dining room table with 5 chairs, china cupboard with more than enough glasses, TV with swivel arm (good picture from the entire living room) with Dutch channels and much more. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are furnished with double beds, which can be made up with double or single duvets.
